that was holyfield at his very best and foreman was 42 and had holyfield hanging on and tired in the late rounds. just to have gone the distance and been competitive with a great or borderline great at the time in holyfield just shows how special foreman was

I looked up at a bar tonight and it was on and it was round 10, and I swear if I didn't know better I would've said Foreman was on the verge of stopping Holyfield a couple times in that round. He was pressing forward and Holyfield was just hanging on and getting hit. Great fight, underrated performance by Foreman. Holyfield was at his best here, and a huge step up from what Foreman had been facing.

Overrated performance by Foreman. People make it sound like Georgie made it a close fight, he was dominated but he had some good moments. That's it. Overrated.

.....Foreman was also hurt more than a few times. I forgot how good that fight was. I turned to it when OSU was getting worked last night.

uh,,,hello foreman was 42 yrs old fool. did he not last the distance? did he not have holyfield tired and holding on late in the fight? at 42 yrs old that was remarkable. if it was foreman at 25 holyfield would have left on a stretcher

Holyfield didn't exactly have mighty power, sure as heck not enough to KO Foreman. Old Larry Holmes also lasted the distance with Holyroid, what's your point? Evander Holyfield was overrated anyway. And you don't exactly have proof that if Foreman was young, Holyfield would have ''left on a stretcher''. Don't overhype Foreman, please.
