He is obviuosly biased against fighters that give him regular interviews. Like Tarver and Spinks. Also Vernon Forrest made his list. I dont think any of those 3 should be on a top 20 P4P list. Losing to a great fighter doesnt warrant so big a drop (Barrera). Personally, I think thats a pretty bad list.

I've noticed his favorable bias in the past for regular contributors to his site but have never spoken on it.
