What do you think the chances are of that?

I think chances that Kessler will be Calzaghe's next opponent after Manfredo are less than 10% and chances there'll ever be a Kessler-Calzaghe fight less than 20%.

Andrade isn't hard to hit so we know that Kessler is going to hit him. If Kessler can knock him out in high fashion, a super fight could be in the offing with Calzaghe. Depends on how much publicity he gets. Of course if Andrade gets the KO, then golden Boy Promotions will get behind it in a big way.

Kessler is pushing the re-hydration to its limit, that monster doesn't belong in the 168lbs...

I'm excited for this fight. Seems like a solid match up that only lacks publicity because Americans aren't too familiar with Kessler. I don't understand why anyone would disrespect Kessler or think he is a **** fighter- like those guys on youtube do.

Andrade is a larger Margarito...everything that is said about margarito can be said about andrade...which means ...andrade will ko kessler in the late rounds...it'll be like the delvin rodriguez and feliciano fight that happen today on espn..where delvin the ko artist through bombs at feliciano and when he couln't ko him he got ko'd.....Andrade use to sparr with kessler and kessler had problems with andrade..this time his problem will be where to kiss the floor...

As far as i know: Andrade had 15 amateur fights and won 3!!. But when he went pro, he kept on winning.. So he stayed with it.

Kessler had 47 amateur fights and 3 losses, eu-champ age 16, and eve since worked towards turning pro. He got a special permit to go pro at age 19 by the justice department (age 21 is the limit).
The tecnical level of this guy is unbelivable..

Everything can happen. Andrade is a big guy with a big punch, but he's a big underdog tonight IMO

                  Excellent Matchup!

This is an interesting fight, because Andrade is a powerful puncher with average speed and a good chin, while Kessler is the faster and more technically skilled of the two. I'm picking Kessler to win by late TKO or UD because there is no way Andrade can keep up with his speed. However, what makes this fight interesting is there is a possibility of Andrade connecting with his best power punch, and he is capable of knocking anybody out!

Because they're both world class boxers with different styles, this fight is a real treat for any serious boxing fan.

Kessler was European Junior Champion in the Amateurs wasn't he? Not the senior champion.

Kessler is a very robotic fighter but not in a bad way. He'll beat Andrade from what I've sen of both fighters. Probably pretty handily too.

Techincally Kessler is much better than Andrade, but then Rodrigues was better than Feliciano. In my view it would be an upset if Andrade wins, but it won't surprise me if it happens. In the past Andrade hasn't been hard to hit, but what if he tries a bit of head movement as Feliciano did last night? This fight is just too close to call!
