Ive just woke up, how many people been hating on calzaghe up to now?? or has anybody swallowed their pride and admitted he deserves some recognition?

Yeah but there was quite a few people on here saying Manfredo had a chance, that he was gonna expose calzaghe and now all of a sudden its a big mismatch again.

I suppose people wont be happy until he beats either b-hop, or Taylor, because even if he fights and beats kessler people will only find excuses like always. where as if he beats the other two nobody can say anything bad about him.

Every fighter has a chance to a extent. But i think people were caught up in the hype.
The media can make somthing out of nothing. Thats what they do best. Thats how they make their money.

Personally id rather Calzaghe fight Kessler who is a big unbeaten super middleweight, rather than an old middleweight.
Tarver wouldnt mean **** to me. Ihave never rated him.
Maybe Taylor is the best fight.

Manfredo has the momentum and he's been great! Calphagot on the other hand went 12 rounds with his last EASY opponent. And the Lacy victory was overrated because Vitali Tipsy (unknown n00B) beat Lacy more convincingly than Calzaghe did, except he got robbed!

Well back from a short vaction, and yup the fight whent as i thought it would. In reality it didit prove to me anything i didnt know allready, only that Joe still is at the top of his game. Lets hope he fights Kessler next, dont think Taylor really has a shot against Joe and should avoid a fight with Joe.

I don't know how anybody who has seen Calzaghe fight can say he is not a great champion. People complain he only fights over there, but how many of our American fighters go over there to fight him? Anyway, one always sees the **********, in this case an Italian in Wales, carry the load in boxing.....
