Do you give Evan "The Real Deal" Fields a chance at beating any current champs?

    You got:

    1. Valuev

    2. Baby Klitch

    3. Maskaev

    4. Shannon Briggs

Can he take any of them? Why or why not.

To be honest...I would take Evander of Maskaev and Briggs.
He still has a head like a cinderblock and would wear both guys down IMO.
It was nice to see the left hook work for him again.

Baby Klit might well actually Kill Holyfield.

But the fight I would love to see is Holyfield and Valuev.

I dont even really know why. Maybe cause I want to see if the Russian Side Show can even handle an over the hill ex champ. And I mean actual champ...not some alphabet crackwhore.

I'll take a shadow of Evander over the prime Valuev. Call me Crazy...but tell me why Im wrong.

Holyfield would get battered against valuev. He is too small. I dont see him being able to get to Valuevs chin on a regular basis, if at all. I dont care how much juice he shoves up his ass, he cant beat the fact that he'll be giving up a nearly a foot in height and 150lbs in weight.

Valuev would TKO him inside 6 rounds.

Could barrera beat holyfied? thats only about half the difference

Valuev yes Klitshco no Briggs yes Maskaev no
      reasons:
Valuev struggles with anyone with boxing skill or brians, power is even with Evander and the giant dont let his size put you off, Briggs is not as good as he could be and with the other two i think you know why he would lose. But i know Evander will end up an unlucky man beacause Vitali K the better brother will have his titles back by then

I'd take Holyfield over Valuev. What we haven't seen so far is Valuev fighting a guy with a plan and with a bit of ability to back it up. I would like to see how Nikolai would cope.

No chance to win title. He is a shot fighter currently beating journeymen with his reputation. Against a legit heavy, with his ability to take punishment, he could seriously screw up his health further. His current opponents offer little or no offence. Prior to this latest winning streak Evander couldn't avoid getting hit. Thats the scary part against a legit heavy. He has shown improved skills and movement in his last 2 fights, though? Wonder where there fountain of youth was sourced from.

Holyfield has always had trouble with very tall fighters, the current crop is no different

Holyfield would be able to give good fights because of his heart and determination, but I don't think he would be able to beat any of the champs. In his prime for sure, but not now. Plus since he's HGH supply got cut off its gonna be harder for him to recover.

Evander's best shot would be against Briggs or Maskaev IMO.Both guys would be in danger of being outworked by Holyfield.Especially Biggs, who was outworked by an older Foreman. If Shannon fought Evander like he fought Sergei a while back,I could see Evander winning.

I would give Evander a decent chance of beating Briggs, he might throw too many punches for Shannon and he still has a sound chin. I don't think he would beat Valuev or Wlad Klitschko. Maskaev I don't know, possibly Holyfield has a chance, but I'd favour Maskaev.

His only chance is against Briggs and that is because Briggs is tired after 2 rounds. Holy would keep the pressure on Shannon until Evan tko's him. However, Sultan and Holy would be a great war while it lasted. Both guys are the same height and weight and they like to go to war.
