Without the illegal handwraps easily DLH.. Even Mayorga said DLH hit harder on a level playing field. With the illegal wraps Tito would have clobbered him. So to answer your question they fought before the Hopkins fight.. Tito would have hurt him

Tito would've KO'd DLH if he dared stand toe-to-toe. DLH knew this and that's why he chose to stay away from Tito all night long, even running away from him in the last four rounds.
