Yes it was a good punch that drop Marquez, but the blow while MArquez was down iwas clearly illegal....Now, how can Nady call that a knockdown and give Marquez the count even when he was hit illegaly? Or can he call it a knockdown and don't give Marquez the 10 second count since he was hit illegaly after he got drop?
