How long before this guys organs start to fail?

A 6 foot 30 year old man shouldn't weigh 122 pds....every fight he has , it looks like he is fighting children...it's a shame for boxing that they let caballero fight...hopefully the other belt holders will avoid this guy and force him to go to welter,,,,,,everyone always complains that the shorter margarito should go to middleweight yet for this guy being at bantam weight..he is not ridicule,,,,
