Can some one show me definitive proof that this fight is happening?

Lots of hearsay, but nothing to say the deal is done from either side.
Even boxrec doesn't have this one penned in, and they usually only have to hear a whisper to jump all over it.

Paul Williams length in the end will be too much. He wil keep Margarito off with his jab and work off that. I will admit Williams defense isn't the greatest and Margarito will challenge that, but there was a reason that Margarito didn't want Williams to spar with him anymore.
