    Klitschko-brewster Ii In The Works!!!

    Just read it on *******lk.com

    KLITSCHKO-BREWSTER II IN THE WORKS
    By G. Leon

Yesterday afternoon **********.com was informed that IBF heavyweight Wladimir Klitschko could be facing Lamon Brewster in his next bout. Brewster captured the vacant WBO title from Klitschko back in April 2004 when Klitschko was too exhausted to continue after the fourth round. Klitschko advisor Shelly Finkel confirmed that the bout is currently being negotiated for a "June or July" date. More to follow so stay tuned. (12:10 AM EST)

That'd be cool if this comes off, hope the layoff wont affect brewster too much. I dont see this fight going the same way though, Klitschko straight gassed in the last one, it didnt seem like brewster had much to offer before that point. Only way I see Brewster having a shot is if you buy what he was saying about how his emotional problems affected his performance, which is probly not entirely uncredible when you consider his trainer had just died.

I don't buy it. In the early rounds he looks like he didn't have the speed, size, or strength to hangth with Klitschko. Doesn't have anything to do with emotional issues.

I have a ton of respect for Brewster for hanging in long enough to come back and knock out Klitschko. When I was watching the early rounds of that fight I was thinking they've got to stop this before Brewster gets seriously hurt, and in the end he won.

I rather see Wladimir fighting Sanders, I think Brewster should not fight again after the beating he took from Sergie!

you can thank me for getting the ball rolling....

but anyhow, brewster needs tuneups before he takes this fight..... a one year layoff is too long a wait.....especially against a fighter like wlad.

Yeah I agree with you, guess maybe i was just groping for an excuse lol. I mean it may have played a minor role but it wouldnt account for the beating he took by any means. Still i wish Brewster luck if they do fight.

****, I was starting to llok forward to the Klitschko vs Valeuv unification fight they been talking about like it was going dow. Eventhough I like Brewster and thinks he is the most exciting in the heavyweight division he is comin off a long layoff and is probably just gonna get koed. Brewster should have a couple fights and work back into things. Brewster vs Rahman would be awesome.
