Chavez Jr. Thoughts

Obviously Chavez isn't going to reach the heights of his father, but what
are this guys chances of becoming a champion? I thought he looked good
this weekend, but against a journeyman its to be expected. Def. needs to
step up in competition. Probably even time to fight another prospect
who's at about the same place in his career imo.

I actually have faith in him. he's got good power, decent boxing skills which will get better the more he fights, and he places his punches very well. He's only 21 I think, so he's got plenty of time to improve until he faces a top contender IMO. I do think he should be fighting more respectable journeymen to test him.
