Yeah the WBC or whoever it was needs to strip him of his title, fine him, and suspend him from never making a rocky movie again.

lol,,,such a shock. it was so obvious he was roiding between rocky 2 and 3 it was hilarious. he goes from having hardly any definition at all to being ripped to shreds and keeping the same muscle mass. obviously you cant look as muscular and fit at 60 as he does without artificial help. then again,,,I really dont blame men using them at that age. your not going to be around a whole lot longer anyway,,,so why not improve the quality of your sex life and body if you can afford to
