he got knocked down in that fight against Soto before it was stopped. Soto was on Versus a few weeks back and looked really good. So I think Pac will beat Solis pretty handily. Too bad Manny wasn't fighting Soto that would be a great fight with both men having great power.

I dont think so, dont get me wrong I want Solis to win, but he is not as experienced as pacquiao and i think that will ultimately cost him big.

I've been in other forums and alot of pac fans have been saying that Solis will go down early and ignorant stuff like that but Solis is ranked 2 and hes undefeated .Jorge Solis is not known at all he has only faught 11 times here in the usa remember when Salvador sanchez wasnt known at all cause he hadnt faught over here but then he surprised the world of boxing,I think Jorge Solis might put a stop to pacquiao and thats when pac fans will start putting up excuses saying that pac didnt take this fight seriously and **** like that. Here are the facts:Pacman won 18 fights of his last 20 by K.O. or T.K.O., one decission loss to Morales and one draw against JMM. Consider also the fact that solis is a 126 pounder who has never fought any known opponent except Sotto. A fight where he earned a "no decission" in the 3rd after being out outpointed by Soto in the first two rounds.

In short . . . it's more logical to predict that Solis is going down, than predicting Solis will be upsetting Pacquiao, amigo.

Yeah yeah yeah friend I get your drift clearly, that's why I'm explaing to you why these fan are making such a prediction. They knew what their guy is capable of doing, they knew his track record so if you'll pit him against an inknown guy like Solis it's more likely that they'll say the opponent is going down . . . and going down early. I mean it's just natural for fans to say that.

I have no problem saying that Solis has chance because he truly has, but until we see him beating Pac, we cannot phraise the guy or jubilate in victory.

the thread starter is i think an alt, who wants to share his dislike for pacquiao and judging from his style of writing i think he's ferocity .

though there is a very high percentage that pacquiao would claim victory, there's still a decent chance for a solis upset and maybe for the first time, pinoy fans including pac fans are very much divided in wanting pacquiao to win.

I will root for Pac but his preparation of only 3 weeks in Philippines and less than a month in Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles is not enough. I would not be suprise if Solis beats Pac. And Pac better not make excuses.
