can you punch someones head off

does any1 think its possible to cause the detatchment of someones head with a very powerful punch?

I was thinking how brutal it would be as a knockout ( if it was classed as such) if that happened. I think it would eclipse even Morrison vs Mercer.

*Maybe if Valuev fought hamed
