The best featheweight fight of the year by far.
Two warriors whose credentials suggested we were in for something extra special possibly thee fight of the year. (it was great while it lasted)
But what was the problem?
The fight venue was changed roughly 3 weeks before the bell rang.
Tickets didnt go on sale for yet another week.
5K people showed up at the Home Depot Center that could seat 8K.
I know if your Gary Shaw or your Golden Boy you will have excuses but in the end there are no excuses, the best featherweight fight of the year deserved better then what it got. It was cheated by its respective promotional companies and in turn was then cheated by the fans.
GBP, Gary Shaw etc....next time you co promote the best fight in a respective division make sure you do the fans and most importantly the warriors involved right, promote the mother****er.
Regardless of what last minute problems may have come up during the leadup you should be ahsamed at how this fight and these fighters were represented or should I say grossly misrepresented.

BTW-1 undercard? Just 1 ****ing undercard?
