2 guys dancing around jabbing and clinching every 2 exchanges.
they wear 14 oz. gloves to purposely prolong the fight to 12 rounds.
in UFC they only wear 4 Oz. gloves so you get realistic knockouts and cant defend your whole head with gigantic gloves like in boxing.
every real fight goes to the ground boxing is just unrealistic two guys trading blows with `14 oz gloves is ******ed IMO
the ground game, submissions, and striking is what makes real fights exciting cause there are so many aspects to the sport of MMA compared to 1 dimesnional boxing.
If boxing is two men grappling then MMA is two men on the floor locked in a hug not moving.
The same applies to both sports.
The difference is watching a boxer KO his opponent is much more exciting. The whole force of the glove pounds off his opponent's face. In MMA the KO's are boring. And when someone gets knocked down to the floor they end up in a lock.
What is interesting about watching people put eachother in locks? It bores me.
When boxing is in its element its untouchable. When you get two boxers slugging it out in the later rounds giving it everything they have got, that's entertainment at its fullest.

Isn't MMA the sport where they lie down all the time?
Some throw good punches, but it really isn't that impressive when they land if it's a guy with zero defense at the receiving end.
