no,,,the problem for toney was peter was in shape the 2nd time and clearly was quicker and had more stamina because of it

if toney came in too muscle bound tryna knock peter out from a side stance and the fight was still close.. but he needs to just work his agilaty and polymetrics instead of weights.. and chop wood.. i think he still can beat any heavy at the least have a shot to beat any of them but not at 235.. 220
