Tarvis, the identical twin brother of WBA light middleweight champion Travis Simms, is coming off a 23 month layoff due to legal problems with his former promoter. The former Golden Gloves champ, who has an amateur win over WBC/WBO middleweight champ Jermain Taylor, is looking forward to resuming his career and eventually facing the division’s top names.
