I'd vote Barrera-Hamed no.2 between Hopkins-Trinidad and Winky-Trinidad. Then I'd go with Mayweather followed by Jones and then Calzaghe. I loved Calzaghe's performance, though, this is just a tough list to rank.
yea, hopkins v.s trinidad was a great fight. tito's father even stopped the fight lol.

As great as I think that Barerra was against Hamed, I just cant see how you can possibly compare that to Calzaghe vs Lacy.

Barerra against Hamed was fairly tight in a number of rounds and was competetive throughout (Hamed was always chasing the fight, always taking the fight to Barerra who was fighting the perfect tactics of sitting back, taking his opportunity with counter-punching and then gradually taking control in each round) and at the end of the fight Barerra took a comfortable victory, but only be a couple of rounds.

The situation with Lacy and Calzaghe was quite similar. The winner was not a favourite. He was fighting a highly rated fighter who people believed after the fight was exposed and had never been tested as such a high level. Both Calzaghe and Barerra had to be cautious as their opponents both had great power and were known for being able to score quick knock outs.

Barerra stayed cautious for most of the time, fighting his fight and picking his victory. Calzaghe however, threw caution to the wind a bit and decided that he could outbox, outwork, outpower and outslug Lacy. He literally did not give Lacy a chance dominating absolutely each and every round. Taking the centre of the ring, taking the fight to Lacy beating him to the punch, throwing audacious combinations and not neutralising Lacy's threat, but actually gradually wearing it away, demoralising him and making him look like he had no attack whatsoever. Whats more, Calzaghe gave us a knockdown and looked close to stopping Lacy a number of times, neither of which Barrera did.

I cant see the justification for seeing Barrera's performance as being better than Calzaghe's. Other than the fact that Barrera is a big favourite around here and Joe isnt.

Hopkins-Trinidad far and away because there were no excuses in that one, they were established world beaters, Hopkins won every minute of every round AND knocked Tito out. Best boxing performance in years.
