I'm basing this on talent, not who or how much they have fought.

        1. Mayweather
        2. Cotto
        3. Tzsyu
        4. Mitchell
        5 Hatton
        6. Harris
        7. Abulleav
        8. Gatti
        9. Corley
        10.Urkal

Ah the perenial 140 debate, don't you just love it. er should Cotto be above Hatton....er should mayweather be so high because he's only fought once at the weight....er is Tyszu to inactive....er should Mitchell be the best because he's american....er bla bla bla. I'll have a dig:

1 Tyszu - because nobody has proved otherwise
2 Mayweather - because he may be the most talented in the division.
3 Cotto - so much ability
          4 Hatton - likewise
5 Mitchell - may be on the way down
          6 Harris - he's got a belt
7 Gatti - because everybody above him would beat him
8 Leija - will give most in the division a good fight
9 Spadafora - lots of ability, might just be a little light
          10. Urkal - could have picked a number Bojado, Hurtado, Pinto, Abulleav, Corley, Witter - hard to choose

TRUE MR PANTHER, probably the most hotly debated division outside the heavies. IU really hope that Shamrba vs Kostya opens the division up a litlte more, these guys should be facing off now to find out who is the best.

Can I have some of what you're smoking? How you could even think of putting Abdulaev in the top 15 is beyond me. He shouldn't be mentioned before Salita or Urango, if you ask me.

Anywho, here is my (subjective, of courese) list:

              - Mitchell - He was beating KZ the first time around IMHO
              - Mayweather - Has more ability than anyone but hasn't fought top 5 140 yet
              - Gatti - He's proven he has the heart but, does he have the guts to fight PBF?
              - Cotto - This man is a monster. He will take over the division in two years, watch out PBF.
              - Harris - Relatively unknown fighter from Guyana who is willing to fight anyone-anywhere so long as it's not Hatton in Manchester.
              - Hatton - Impressive record but he's been feasting on Mitchell's leftovers and has fought too many tomato cans. Ricky, come to the US and fight!
              - Tszyu - Hasn't done anything significant in the last two years but, then again, nobody has beaten him, either.
              - Urkal - Tough fighter whom nobody, but Harris, has given the oportunity. Very good gatekeeper just like...
              - Leija - Here is an old, crafty fighter who chose to fight Gatti rather than Cotto because he considered it an easier fight to win. Go JJ!
              - Paul Malignaggi - Excellent boxer from Brooklyn. If you can get past his ****y Guido attitude and he can take care of his hand problems he might be the future white PBF.
(Bonus)- Lovemore N'Dou - A no-quit fighter who, arguably, beat Mitchell and gave Cotto the fight of his life.

Notables are: Junior Witter, Artur Grigorian, Demetrius Hopkins, Dimitri Salita, Juan Urango, and Gianluca Branco.
