For 10 year Calzaghes only plan was the "20. defense record". All this years he just talked and talked about who he would fight but not for real. Simply as that. That mend ducking a lot of fighters who could be a thread to the "fantastic undefeated record in the Warren Boxing Organization"
Now he suddenly wants to fight the "best" and then calls out the older and the smaller US opponents. Still he don't take on the best in his own division. How in the hell can you go round proclaiming to be the best ever i SMW "with that legacy??"

Calzaghe should fight the winner of Andrade/Kessler.

If he gets past that, then have one final fight against the winner of Hopkins/Wright.

These two wins would secure his legacy as the greatest 168 pound fighter.

        IBFs rules state:

"The champions of WBA and WBC are ranked higher than champions of other organizations and are entitled to be first in line in event of unification".

In other words - noone cares about Joe and his WBO belt

          Say what? Easy now

Even though I am a Kessler fan, I know a WBO belt won from JC mean a bit more than a WBC win over Beyer..

Kessler wants a chance to unify all four belts, and Calzaghe finds himself running out of options to fight next. I think it might happen.

But lets se how it goes.. Andrade is up first.

I bet he's gutted to hear that.

And That's the most sense you've made for a looooong loooong time.

(though the origin or actual meaning of the chun-chun thing still escapes me)

Nah man, if you read my posts properly you'll see I talk more objective sense than 90% of this forum.

And it's "shun", not "chun". It's German, see?

Every respect to Andrade and the upcoming fight!!. But Calzaghes big $$$$-fight in US could very well be on a HBO demand to fight "the in US unknown Kessler".
