secondly, you cant really compare mosley beating vargas NOW vs oscar beating him THEN, especially since he was juiced up at the time.

but at the same time, i agree that shane definitely has a fighting chance to beat pbf.
And as you just said in the second fight DLH arguably beat shane. Most people know Castillo beat Floyd in the first fight, but there isn't a floyd fan alive that will admit it.

Hatton-Cotto would be a bodypunching bonanza

shane mosley tends to get sloppy with his punches, and floyd will expose that about mosley. floyd isn't smart for nothing. he sees damn near everything. the only offense i see shane trying to beat floyd with is trying to overmuscle floyd and floyd will know this also. also, shane swings with his eyes closed, and floyd will tag him up and keep them closed. shane would lose to floyd mayweather.

I don't know how realistic this is, but I'd love to see PBF-Cotto this fall.

There are several reasons why it's not too feasible (all this assumes of course PBF beats DLH):

          * PBF's "retirement"--only a megafight with Mosley will interest him if he really wants to "retire." Cotto, while becoming a star, isn't on the level of Mosley yet and PBF will use that as an excuse.

          * PBF's unwillingness to fight Cotto--we saw it with Margarito, and Cotto has looked very strong and sturdy at 147, and with his body attack he won't have to catch PBF's chin to have a chance. We saw what JLC's body attack did to a younger, quicker PBF. I'm not trying to say he's SCARED like so many did about the Margarito situation, but it's just a bigger risk than reward in HIS mind. I think he could (but not necessarily would) box circles around Cotto but he feel he needs to prove it to everybody.

          * PBF vs. Top Rank is shaping up to be similar to Golden Boy vs. Top Rank...there is some clear animosity there, and of course the whole Margarito thing left a bad taste in Floyd's mouth. Arum punked out Floyd by going public with the $8 mill guarantee offer.

Addison already knows what I do. Zab will whoop on Cotto. And send him to the canvas in doing so.

AFTER Cotto gets beat he will need to fight a name guy to prove he is still in the mix. A catchweight fight against ..Daniel Santos?? YES I Say!

After watching Cotto in his last effort, there is no doubt in my mind that Zab will beat Cotto - and very convincingly at that. Cotto is slow, and he really telegraphs his punches. He is a fighter that has little latteral movement, Zab will be nailing him like nobody has EVER nailed him. Judah may even get a TKO win in this one....
