I Hate It When Guys Screw Up There Weight!

by that I mean situations like Chico. Im not talking about guys coming in overweight. Im talking about guys who either just flat out skip a weight or stay down in weight so long that there force to skip a weight.

Im upset because I wouldve loved to see the way Chico wouldve looked at 140. It almost feels like that part of his career was stolen. I hate it when that happeneds. Its ****** for him and others to do dumb stuff like stay at 135 so long that your forced to jump all the way up to 147 when you may have been a straight up beast at 140. I like to see guys make natural progressions in weight. Even Floyd is making me a little mad by moving from 135 and 140 so quick when he looked so good there after he got used to the weight.

It sucks never seeing what Shane wouldve looked like at 140. He was a monster at 135 and very good at 147 but 140 wouldve been like perfect for his size.

Back to Chico. I always wanted to see how he would do at higher weights because I thought he was very capable of carrying power like a Hearns or Trinidad. He shouldve atleast let Castillo get that rematch at 140. Who cares if you just beat him at 140 and you didnt want to help him? Ofcourse you were making it harder for Castillo but its not like you were super small. You were struggling with weight also. If they wouldve had that 2nd fight at 140 then both of those guys wouldve been much better for it right now.

Instead that idiot has to go straight to 147 and then there crazy enough to not even have a tuneup? Your going to take on a monster like Clottey in your 1st fight? I still think Chico could be good there but he shouldve had a tuneup 1st. I know he's a warrior and wants to fight the best but thats a big risk at this stage of his career. He's the one who shouldve been fighting a guy like Urkal. ****, if Shaw wasnt so stubborn he shouldve went for Cotto. Id rather take on Cotto in my 1st fight then Clottey. You get more fame and its probally a easier damn fight and I know that Arum wouldve took it. Shaw just doesnt want to mess with Arum anymore and vice versa. Now your taking one of your big guys and sticking him in with Clottey? Thats a dumb move

I agree.I also would have liked to see how Mosley would have down at 140.He could have fought Kostya Tszyu and imo a prime Mosley would KO Tszyu.

So in other words, he should keep starving himself to fight midgets?

How did you get that from what I said? The answer to your question is No. My point is that he shouldve already moved up to 140 a while ago and then by now the move to 147 wouldve been more natural or he could still be at 140 right now for a little while feeling pretty good
