Have you ever seen that in any other fight? A referee that dosent stop the fight after the corner throws the towel?

I'm not sure if you all seen this fight, yes it should have been stopped there but it didnt and then he went on to nearly knock out the guy 10 secs later. The fight eventaully was stopped in the next round, not because he was getting a serious beating but because his cut was getting bad. IMO i don't think it should have been stopped cause he was fighting back alot harder than he had done before and i reckon he could have got himself back into the fight.

It wasn't in the rules to let the corner throw in the towel I believe. The guy came back and put the other guy down so it wasn't that bad. A lot of punishment went on there though, it just depends on the individual referee how much they think is too much. It's a very tough job I imagine.

I wasn't really referring to that particular point in the fight. There is a point in the fight where earl is on the ropes and with every blow landed it's doing him damage. Too tough for his own good.
