Did HBO spoil the Showtime card last night?

Anyone know if HBO announced the Showtime results during their telecast? I watched most of the show with the sound down.

I heard Lampley talked about Darchinyan and that Marquez was the new kingpin of the division.

Not that I heard. Lampley said that Rafael Marquez and Israel Vazqeuz were fighting, but then he said, "But that's on another network."

Seeing as how dull last night's telecast was, I wonder how many people switched channels looking for that fight...

They did it again, too. No fight March 31 on HBO, but an April 7 fight up against the Showtime event. HBO knows when Showtime puts on an event. Why split their audience?

I think they only mentioned Cotto last time because he is usually an HBO fighter.

HBO is showing the Calzaghe/Manfredo fight on April 7th live at 5pm ET and replaying the fight at 10 pm ET. So you can watch both the HBO and Showtime cards that day.
