    Cotto undercards...

Unfortunately, I missed the fight last night. But my former trainer, Gil Reyes was fighting on the undercard (5th fight of the night). He won the opening round, but suffered a broken jaw and couldnt come out for the second (second time he breaks his jaw; first time was his fight against Ian Gardner). Anyway, I wanted to know if that fight was televised or if they only showed the Cotto-Urkal and Miranda-Green matches.

My boy has had some rough luck in his career; Lost that fight against Gardner on a SD when most ringside thought he won; Had a win changed to a draw in a fight in PR after the judges realized they tallied up the score wrong; was ktfo by Kendal Holt on a fight he took on 2 weeks notice; was ko'ed by Cosme Rivera on a fight he was sweeping on the cards; lost his comeback fight after that with a performance that was nothing like he is capable of; and now this. Plus he's had tons of big fights fall thru the cracks against Judah, Forrest, Ouma among others. He was one of Cotto's primary sparring partners and was Hopkins sparring partner when he was training for his last fight against Robert Allen. The kid has all the tools to be a great fighter, BLAZING fast hands, has pop, quick and ALWAYS in shape, great conditioning; but his chin is a bit suspect and it's sad that he's had so many tough breaks. He's a class act and I hope he rebounds from this one soon.
