do you think you can be OVER prepared for a fight?

    Example..

I grew up doin things i didnt wanna do for money, and in doing so id be up all night thinking about it. so much so, that i would be jumping up in my dreams thinking i had to talk or run when i didnt have to anything. i wasnt in toruble or had a real reason to panic...and when the day would come that i had to make my money, i was dead tired and scared the first day..so my question is, do you think you can be over prepared for a fight? your thinkin about the fight so much, gettin soo into it, preparing for it, that it can possibly drain you and make you tired at a faster rate than the normal rate you would tire at..?

somthin stood out for me during the vasquez and marquez fight. moments before the first round even started, raph was already in fighting possition in his corner, bobbing and weaving.....WHEN HE WAS IN HIS CORNER, before the first bell even rang, berfore the fight even officially started. so do you think being over anxious and over hyped up for a fight can cost you some stamina? i ask this cause i even remember raph sayin he was anxious to get it started when he was fightin with mabuza

again i ask this, cause raph fades wayyy early for a fighter his age, and I know he trains hard. but he strikes me as a person who is so dedicated that he even thinks about the fight a week before it even starts, hes already sweating and just counting the days till the fight takes place.

my point is, it seems like that **** will give you wrinkles on your face and waste your livelyhood. i dont know if this makes any sense at all, but i just noticed it and wanted to hear some points of view..

Vivian Harris vs. Carlos Maussa would be another example to further your question.

But I don't know if it shows overpreparation or just getting overexcited and trying to do too much. Maybe the same with Marquez already acting like he's in the fight when he's in the corner...
