    Did you mean on video, RWK?

    If so, I am personally not aware of any actual fight footage of Dixon, although I have seen the surviving video of him sparring (or giving an exhibition) in 1908, which unfortuntately, would have been shot when Dixon was long in the tooth and already a couple of years retired by that point.

    But if you're meaning archived fight reports on Dixon, then I could help you a whole bunch with that, as you'd be able to find a ton of info on Dixon on the following site;

    www.brooklynpubliclibrary.org/eagle

    Probably my favourite site on the internet, and I've spent many an hour reading away on that site, with George Dixon being one of my own personal interests from that era. Warning though...if you do look through the archives there and are looking for something specific (like say info on the hugely hyped, Dixon/McGovern fight), be sure to have your dates in front of you, as well, or else you're liable to get lost in a sea of information.

    Anyways, going by my interpretation of what the writers (on that site, and from other sources of info on him) were saying about Dixon at the time, I got the impression that in p4p terms, George Dixon was the most talented fighter of his era (1890's) and obviously one of the very most accomplished of that time...I also consider Dixon to be one of the five greatest bantamweights of all-time, as well.

          To be honest with you, last time I compiled an all-time bantamweight ranking (which I took 15 deep, I believe, I'd have to check to be sure...maybe it was 20 deep), Tapia was absent from that list, but we (the ratings were compiled as part of a forum project on another site) were also rating the junior divisions historically, and Tapia finished very high up on the ranking for the 115 pounders when the final total was tallied.
