    Best Heavyweight In The Division?

For me without a doubt it's Wladimir Klitschko. He's shown serious signs of growth in the ring over the past few years. He was able to recover from his losses to Corrie Sanders and Lamon Brewster in a way that most fighters never can. He was able to move forward and prove to the boxing audience that he was serious about what he does in the ring.

He's quiet, softspoken and very humble. A welcome breath of fresh air from the bull**** "thug" personna so many of today's boxers chose to embrace.

Vitali comes in a very close second for me. The amount of heart he portrayed against Lennox Lewis made me an instant fan, and I personally can't wait for his return.

hopefully this thread wont be a magnet for the many klit haters on here. I agree that wlad is the best right now and he does represent the sport well. vitali probably is #2,,,but thats only assuming he's close to the same fighter he once was which we dont know yet

No one has staked a firm claim on it yet. If Wladimir can clean up then by all means he'll have proved himself.

Wlad is staking his claim as I type this. And Vitali is en route to becoming a champion once again.

I would bet points that Vitali Klitschko could not only beat him, but knock him out once he gets back to his level again. Wladimir also has a solid chance but I think Vitali hits harder. Valuev is just an overgrown ape-like creature with carpetting stapled to his back. He lacks any real sense of form or technique in the ring.

I think your overrating valuev. did you see his fights with ruiz and donald? the ruiz fight could have gone either way but he was clearly beaten by larry donald. he has great stamina for a huge man and he does seem to have improved some but his chin is still untested. he hasnt faced a big puncher yet and he does tend to walk into punches
