One thing for sure, Mayweather should make Tito fight with the less effective Grant Gloves, like Hopkins (I think), and Winky made him wear.

Reyes are the best and should be the only gloves worn.

It's also best to wear the Grant against Tito since they help with blocking because they are wider than Oprah's ass.

Still they were very good fighters out of their primes...A shot Whitaker was still better than any average boxer...

It would be an interesting fight. Floyd could stick and move for 12...but Tito could knock him into next week with one punch.

It's certainly not comparable to Floyd fighting someone like Hearns or Leonard at 147. Those fellas would have ruined him. He'd have a legitimate shot against Trinidad.

It's hard for you to fathom and absorb that Tito was overated and was demolished by future Hall of Fame fighters IN THEIR PRIMES. Is that your idol..just because hes PR you worship a man who QUIT twice after losing..running home like a *****? Sad...
slow down there killer. I agree with you that mayweather would probably outbox tito,,,,but tito was a great fighter himself and had some awesome knockouts over very very good fighters. he's only been beaten twice by 2 excellent boxers,,,so while some may overrate him your clearly big time underrating him

This thread is about him vs Mayweather, stylistically Mayweather would give him fits and beat him easily, but dont downplay Tito, He just could'nt deal with "great" boxers like Winky, B-Hop, Oscar and wont be able to with Floyd, remember Tito was the first to give Vargas a career beating...anyway Tito was one of the P4P Hardest punchers, but Mayweather would easily beat him because they have different styles and styles make fights.
                great post dawg. agree 100%

I say Floyd beats Tito 9/10 times.

Just a terrible style matchup for Tito.

I understand Tito has been outboxed badly before, but they were all much bigger men than Floyd. I think the size plays a very big factor. Dont bring up the Baldomir excuse either. Tito is 5'11-6' Baldomir is 5'7 and his head weighs 30 pounds.

I refuse to think that it would be a walk in the park for Floyd.
