What was your guys first fight like? i wanna hear some funny,possibly painful, glorious stories on your first amateur fight. if u can remember. lol

I got battered around the ring for 3 rounds, but i remember going the full session which was pretty cool. 3, 2 minute rounds.... thats all i remember -
Well, i came in sorta out of shape with a taller, more experienced guy. I guess i was expecting a more tactical sorta match, but it turned into a brawl pretty quick, i had never seen an amateur fight before and my fight wound up being the first of the night, so i wasnt really sure what to expect. I hit him with some shots back, but he really got the best of me for the 2 rounds while it lasted, i didnt get knocked down but i recieved one standing eight count. The second round was alot better than the first though, and according to my friend i hit him good and actually backed him up once. But then i came back to my corner completely out of gas and they waved it off. After the fight though all the fans were giving me mad props and stuff for hanging in tough, and just telling me to work on conditioning and stuff. Unfortunatly it was also my last fight though, and my previous trainer moved away so i dont think i'll be getting back into it.Comment
