Better Defense...

I think Winky's Defense is better for the long run but Floyd's skills will go away if he stays in a couple more years. floyd uses his speed and reflexes with his defense which with time they will go away. But Winky uses his forearms his gloves like a Turtle/Shield which is hard to get shots in on him.

Wilfredo Benitez had the best Defense no one can compare to him the (Human Satellite)

Floyd has a much more versatile defense.

Floyd takes far less punishment.

Winky is a close second.
