Would Andre Berto knock out Floyd Mayweather Jr?

LOL I know this fight will never happen and it is a little premature to even talk about but I have not be this excited about a prospect in a long time. I would put him up against PBF right now. I know he would get hit but i don't think Floyd could hurt him and you know damn well Berto would really hurt floyd if he caught him.

Can he catch PBF flush? Berto fights extremely flatfooted. He is still using that ametuer/Olympic fighting stance of standing tall. I dont think he could catch Floyd.

Maybe Berto someday evolves into an all time great, but right now he is far to immature to even consider getting in the ring with a guy like PBF

Julio looked a lot sharper than Berto does, we saw what happened to Julio when he stepped up in comp. Berto against PBF? Berto has a lot to prove before we even consider that fight.

His handspeed wouldnt even be a factor of hitting Floyd. If he loads up Floyd can see it a mile away. He'd take away Berto's right hand and make him show Floyd his left hand. Which I think is marginal. Berto is extremely rough, he doesnt have the cunning and maturity/ring experience like Castillo to set up traps for Floyd. Notice how Castillo let Floyd run around but cut the ring off, it was so smoothly done. Berto would be chasing and getting peppered with righthands all night.

Yeah he's too flatfooted now. I wanna see him fight someone who can "move". Floyd would give him a boxing lesson. I don't see much defense from Berto yet either. He hasn't beaten any top competition yet. The fights I've seen him in his opponent stood in front of him.

Julio never had a solid jab or rapid speed,he just had a very powerful right,and he got caught alot,Berto is one of the fastest boxers today,got devastating power,i doubt Bertos 1 dimensional like Julio is,and to the question,no Bertos not ready for Floyd,but hes gna be something special soon,even PBF said he likes Berto

Yeah Floyd did say that. Berto can be a champion as long as he doesn't get put in there too quickly.
