I never heard of him, so I doubt he is very hyped.
    Time will tell.

He is still young and needs to step up his competition but he is talented. Hopefully Fritz Sdunek does wonders for him like he did with Vitali Klit...

He has a great jab and decent technical skills, one thing he lacks is the Klitschko punching power but he still has time...

not a hype job at all, a very solid prospect in my opinion

he has prototyypical size and reach and fought 5 times last year.... there is no other 24 year old heavyweight at his level right now.... eddie chambers, chris arreola... not as good as dimitrenko

dimitrenko is obviously very consistent in his training as he has weighed in at 249 pounds for 6 of his last 7 fights....

a hype job would be roman greenberg 24-0 (17 KO's)

              or obviously Tye Fields 38-1 (34 KO's)

Dimitrenko is a guy to be taken seriously IMO

I watched 3 of his last fights and here is my opinion: He has a cannon for the jab but lacks the punching power. He has a pretty good stamina for a big guy but nothing special in the skills department. Overall, he is someone to watch for but it's too early to get exciting.

I agree that the size, the jab and stamina is there but i often feel he is holding back a bit when fighting. Perhaps that is why his punching power seems a bit weak for a guy his size.

I would like to see him with some of the guys at the european level that will fight back and not just the journeymen has has been fighting recently before making my mind up about him since he does have some qualities but they are not completely convincing.
