    Barrera VS Marquez

Who are you guys favoring in this long overdue superfight?Marco has seemed to slow down a bit in his last couple of fights. While Marquez has used far less defense than usual in his last couple of fights.Do you think this is going to be a war?Or more of a chess match?

I expect Marquez to win. I'd prefer if Barrera won, though.

Is that because you want to see Barrera/Pac II?

Marquez cuz I rather see Pac/Marquez 2 and Marquez has faster hands.

I think that Marquez is going to fight more cautiously than his last couple of fights. And if he does that,he should get the nod.

I have Marquez for this one.

But I'd never count out a great fighter like Barrera.

                I'm eagerly anticipating this fight.

This for me, is a battle of my brain vs my heart. All logical reasoning and sensibility leads me to believe that Barrera has been in too many wars and is not capable of beating a slick boxer like Marquez, who is arguably one of the best boxers in the sport today.

On the otherhand, my heart is in Marco antonio Barrera's corner. I've followed his career for many, many years. I've been a huge fan of his for a longtime now, I've jumped out of my seat watching him fight, I've yelled at the television screen, I felt a sense of drama and anticipation and excitement in every fight I've ever seen him in.

I don't want Barrera to lose, my heart is with him because I want him to go out on top, like he deserves, like he's earned. But my brain is saying Marquez 10 times out of 10. I'm going to go with my heart on this one and say Marco Antonio Barrera wins a very close, split decision. Setting him up for the final fight of his career, with whomever he chooses. I could never bring myself to vote against one of my favorites, no matter how old or battle worn they are. I support them until they no longer fight.
