    When De La Hoya loses to PBF, will he retire?

    seems like this is being set up as a retirement match. Do you think Oscar will retire if he loses? maybe even if he wins he will retire too. seems like he will always be a huge draw as far as ppv and ticket sales go. it would be bad for boxing if he leaves.

    nope. he specifically said that this fight will not be his last.

    he said he'd like to fight WRIGHT or Hatton. But TRINIDAD, and bascially any opponent he wants, are other options

      great news. Thanks.

      Would love to see him fight Ricky Hatton. I think he's overrated and Oscar exposing him would be another nice notch on his belt before he hangs them up for good

        i just dont see Oscar winning this. I do not think so highly of him these days as a fighter.

        ofcourse I would like to see him win because I dislike PBF even more but i doubt it will happen.

            I know DLH wants to keep fighting, & I'd love to see any of those match-ups, but I think that if & when he loses he'll probably retire. I don't think he going to beat Floyd, but IMHO I think he's capable of beating him so we're just going to have to wait & see.
