in the 15 days of march 3rd-march 17th there are many unreal and intriguing fights probably the best two weeks of boxing i can remember
march 3rd - vazquev - castillo - FOTY candidate
also on march 3rd.... darcinyan-burgos, cotto vs urkal, allan green vs edison miranda, alexander povetkin ups his opposition again fighting veteran david bostice, chris john defeds his title, and sieglitz vs berrio for the vacated ibf supermiddle strap, not a bad night in itself
march the 7th mundine fights soliman in a huge australian fight for the fake wba supermiddle weight belt.
on the 9th - former barrera victim robbie peden is in action as well as julio cesear chavez jr, as well as paul spadafora and a detroit prospect vernon paris fights for the sceond time in a month.
10th - wbo flyweight title fight between two relative unknowns....
sultan vs TBA, roman greenberg vs TBA,
wladimir klistschko defends the heavyweight championship against ray austin
john duddy fights on teh 16th as does celestino caballero the only man to beat ponce de leon
the 17th - luan krasniqui returns to action, and alexander dimitrenko fights
theres a WBA flyweight and bantamweight title fight as well
also of courseO'neill "the hatchet" Bell fights john mark mormeck for the cruiserweight championship.
closing out the best two weeks of boxing i can remember barrera fights marquez.
What do you guys think of these two weeks, and which fights will be the most thrilling?
i say obviously vasquez marquez will be a great fight, but i think wlad will get a highlight reel KO, and miguel cotto will again show hes the most vicious body puncher in boxing. Although i wish it was both of them, hopefully either miranda or green will be exposed
