    I Give Cotto My Respect!!!

I think Ive been fair with the guy but some think Ive been hard on him and am a hater. This time I will give him some props. I thought he's had some solid matches but alot of pushovers when he was just the bigger guy. I was never really complaining about him as much as I was of his managment.

However, now he has stepped up with a solid bout against a somewhat dangerous guy in Quintana and then he signs on to fight Margarito in his very next fight. Now Margarito didnt look spectacular against Clottey but thats still a very dangerous fight to take. Then Margarito backs out and now he's going to fight Zab? That is super dangerous.

I would say that its a high risk, low reward fight but I do think most respect Zab enough to give Cotto alot of credit for that win. Plus, Floyd is the only guy the media really rips for those things. If guys like Cotto or Hatton fight Zab then they think its the biggest most dangerous fight in the world.

Anyways, I give Cotto mad credit for taking this fight but.........? I think he's going to get KTFO. I like the kid and I think he's super talented but I think Zab's chin is underrated and I think Zab can really hurt Cotto. I think his speed will freeze Cotto, I think his boxing ability will bother him, I think his Soutpaw style will frustrate him, and I think his power will be something that Cotto has never seen before. I say Zab's chin is underrated because I think people make him sound like he has a glass jaw and I dont believe that. He's only really only been hurt bad by Tszyu and even that was more of a shock punch. He got right back up and his problem was he got up too fast. He's been stunned some but nothing serious other then that.

Im shocked that Cotto took this fight because if you look at the guys who gave him some trouble, then Zab would be my last choice. He beat guys like Paulie & Chop but he was much bigger then both guys. Both of those guys gave him trouble with all the things I named above and neither of them punch like Zab or have that big fight experince. Then you add to that the fact that your most likely going to get a A+ Zab. Meaning, he knows this is it for him. I think he will be just as good or maybe even better then he was in the 2nd Spinks fight or the first 4 rounds of the Floyd fight.

I know Cotto and alot of others probally figure that Zab will fold like he's known to do, will fade after a few rounds, and will have his chin wrecked but its too dangerous for me if I was with Cotto, so thats why I give him all the respect in the world even if he loses. If he wins, then he's a beast. This is the 1st fight where I thought he took a real chance against a guy he might lose to. He's had like 4 other tough fights but nothing like a guy who was at a higher weight, has been a legitimate champ, has all world talent, and has all the skills.

Judah has what it takes to school Cotto, and I mean school. It's just a question of what Judah will show up fight night at this point. Honestly, this is Judah's last chance at staying relevant to the sport. If he loses, ESPN may not even want him. So he's got a lot to fight for.

Thats why I said that you will get the A+ Zab. Also, its in NY? You know he's going to bring it for this one. This is a great fight either way and will definatly be exciting and action packed for however long it last

I will definately respect Cotto more if he beats Judah. Judah is not "shot" as so many around here like to claim. Guys like Arturo Gatti and erik Morales are shot, not Judah. However if Judah fades, and Cotto has his way with him...then he'll be shot, lol.
