    Evander Holyfield vs Vinny Maddalone

I gotta respect Evander. The guy comes back against everybody's wishes (including mine) and doesnt fight any pushovers (aside from the Bates fight). I'd like to see a fight with him against Brian Minto.

One can only hope Maddalone can beat him and show him the way to the door......he is horrible. He looked horrible against Oquendo and should'nt have even won that fight but Oquendo happened to look even worse somehow......I used to be a huge Holyfield fan but really don't like him anymore due to his trying to prolong his career based on a pipe dream........even as weak as the division is he would get beaten easily by any of the top 10.

If he keeps winning why not keep fighting. I know he gets beat up and he is washed up but, if someone is not skilled enough to beat a 44yr old Holyfield, that just shows you how much competition is in the HW division. Toney and Donald taught him a lesson and after that he won 2 fights in a row he gained his confidence. Holyfield is at a point where he should be beaten fairly easily against any HW and still people struggle against him.............there should be a rule that if you get beaten by Holyfield you should retire.

These are the kind of fights you dream about. Gatti-Ward on the highest level of the spectrum. Somebody Tivo this for me.

I'm really not sure how this fight will go, but I would expect it to be more like Holyfield-Bates than Gatti-Ward...

I was being facetious, I'm really a ridiculous person to be honest.

After this, Holyfield will wipe out Brian Minto, Tye Fields, and Chauncy Welliver. Then it's on to the Russians...
