Dan Goossen, President of Goossen Tutor Promotions, announced today that the company has filed a lawsuit in Puerto Rico against Bob Arum’s Top Rank, Inc. for tortiously interfering with Goossen Tutor’s promotion of WBO Welterweight Champion Antonio Margarito’s mandatory title defense against #1 contender Paul “The Punisher” Williams. Arum has become the worst promoter in boxing...he is ruining boxing.....and margarito...he makes margarito wait for many months before getting him a fight ..(almost a year off before he fought clottey)..he has been promising margarito with a big payday for years and now that margarito finally gets a decent payday..Arum wants to stop him....I hope goosen takes him to the cleaners..eventhough goosen is a weasel himself....Arum should let margarito williams fight happen then promote margarito judah fight after he ko's cotto....Comment
