yes, but a lot of the "we" fans you are referring to have boxing experience and have watched floyd fight just like winky has watched floyd fight. he has never fought floyd so claiming that because he is a professional fighter he knows better than the fans is a little pushy to say the least. he has never fought floyd or floyd's opponents if i'm not mistaken. he's been watching his fights just like the rest of us has been. from winky, it's just his opinion like other people, and that's it. add to that, he is partners with de la hoya or like floyd calls them, puppets. i have been around boxing nearly for 15 years myself and i have seen many opponents like the ones floyd has fought and i outboxed them because i was just smarter. i used my tools more effectively then they did. i didn't hear any excuses from other fighters, because theye didn't fight me or my opponent's, so the same goes for winky. he just wants to fight floyd, and i think floyd would fight him too.

well what i mean is, they know how styles make fights,
and know the feel of a jab and power shot and how it will affect together w/stamina and consistency....

Wright is correct, and for the record, Mayweather Jr. is going to be embarrassed by DeLaHoya, for the first time in his career he is going to be in the ring with a guy who can box with the best of them and one that can go to war from both the inside as well as the outside. Mayweather Jr. doesn't have the power to hurt DeLaHoya and he will learn that very early on in the fight. Oscar is going to be the bigger, stronger man, with a MUCH bigger punch and he will prove too much for Floyd, I look for DeLaHoya to stop him by a convincing KO in the later rounds, perhaps round 10 or 11. I expect Mayweather Jr. to have his track shoes on for most of the fight, but if he slows early and gets caught - it will be an early night, however I think he is too smart to get caught early.
