Jose Luis Castillo VS Diego Corrales Dec. 4

I say Castillo by TKO or decision. Corrales still hits me as just being too slow, Castillo's power is underrated, and Castillo's offensive output will be too much for Diego. Both fighter's may score KD's but I think Diego will get the shorter end of the stick at the end.

I hope that is exactly how it goes too! If Castillo's chin can hold up, then I have no doubt he can outpoint Diego...he is the much better all around boxer of the two.

i can see chico using his jab to keep castillo at bay enough to win a UD. but castillo is strong and has a granit chin ( he weighs 147 at fight time) , plus he hits really hard to the body.

i think chico wins after taking some mean shots or even a KD . i doubt he can KO castillo even with his power.

I see the fight going to Corrales. I think his boxing skills are underrated, as is his ability to take a punch. Yes, he was KD like there was no tomorrow by Floyd, who couldn't KD Castillo in either of their fights, but Chico was a shaddow of himself in that fight and has since come back with a vengence. I like Chico by KO in the late rounds, maybe 10.

I yell at them all the time with things like "is that what I told/taught you to do" and "come on...that blow wasnt THAT low; youre just using that free 5 min's" but my favorite is "what a piss poor job of officiating"...and "piece of **** in a bow-tie, do your job!!!!".
I agree on the Freitas fight; there's a big difference in 'cutting off the ring' and 'following your opponet'!

Castillo crushes Corrales, Chico's chin is still made of china, just because he took Freitas's wild, no leverage amueturish punches doesn't mean he can take JL Castillo's.

Castillo in my mind is the most underrated fighter in the sport. LEts not forget that he beat Floy Mayweather in their first fight hands down and there are a lot of cult fans out there that believe MAyweather is your number 1 p4p. If this is true then why can't Castillo crack anybody top 10, hell he is out of most people's top 15.

Corrales is a class above Castillo?? Absolutely no ****ing way, did you watch Corrales and Mayweather fight?? I know what your gonna say, poor Corrales beat the **** out his wife and he was disctracted, although when preparing for the fight he seemed as determined as I have ever seen him to beat any one fighter. Corrlaes was so outclassed by Mayweather that... and I am being serious here he probably could have been beaten by a FM with only one hand. The Freitas fight was going the same way but Freitas could not keep up the running for 12 full. Castillo would have ripped Freitas apart much quicker! Again Remember Castillo fought Floyd twice and beat him once and definately did not embarrass himself in the second fight...ask Floyd Mayweather who he'd rather face! The only guy in that has ever been outclasssed is Corrales so how is he a class above, that is absolutely crazy.

This is going to be one heck of a fight. Two guys I consider among to top pound for pound best fighters. In the end I think it will come down to who has the best chin with Castillos hard nosed style and Deigo great boxing ability. It's hard to say, but i'll go with Chico by split decision. I thank Showtime for not making this Pay-per-veiw, HBO would probabily try and weisel their way into making it one.
