Hopkins last fight against Tarver was anything but boring, his 2 fights against Jermain Taylor weren't boring, his fights with De La Hoya and Trinidad sure as hell weren't boring. Even his fight against William Joppy had it's moments if you ask me. I don't get why so many people say Hopkins is a boring fighter.

He may not be "crowd pleasing" but Hopkins style is his trademark. He's a slick, tricky, cagey, thinking man's fighter and I've never been bored watching him fight.

      I agree with every word.

Ring intelligence is refined artform. I've never lost my patience with Bernard.

Bernard is going to use his size I imagine, but as far as method of approach he has me wondering..
Yeah thats a good post, i agree. He wants big fights, he is sure he can win at this stage! He must know sumthing

Ya'll know this fight can go 2 ways. 1)This becomes a defensive, cautious, jabfest, where both boxers size each other up all fight & leave it totally up to the judges....or......2)They both got something to prove & try to expose each others defensive weaknesses & stamina. Personally I think that Winky will never be the aggressor in this fight unless B-Hop lures him into that roll (like what he was doing with Tarver). B-Hop wins this fight though-- I just hope we see the B-Hop strategy that fought Tarver & not the one he used on Taylor(that's when he waits a lil' too long). Now Can U Dig Dat!!!!!

Its a HUGE Advantage but he must have a fight plan in place too that he is confident will work. What do u think he will do?

I just hope Winky doesnt go back to being the hit and move winky(before his new style) because he used to trust his chin too much and got hit with plenty of right hands, which is bernards best punch and a good weapon against southppaws

Ur right man, but i doubt he will switch it up at this point just like i doubt Hopkins will fight the mauling fight he fought against Holmes

I got Hopkins by close decision. He's just a more complete fighter. I mean he's REALLY going to have to be inactive to lose this one.
