Johnny Tapia "Mi Vida Loca" great book. He was a roommate with Mike Tyson at the USA Olympics.

I read it a long time ago but I remember that "On Boxing" by Joyce Carol Oates was surprisingly good ...

the best boxing book i have ever read.. and everyone who has read it will agree... is

heart soul and fire: paul briggs

if u like fiction the power of one is great.

          Have you read it?

And my pick is Rocky Marciano: Biography of a first son.

But it is near impossible to find now and even if you do, it's very expensive.

McIlvanney On Boxing is brilliant, if you don't mind a more scholarly read.

Mark Kram's book on Ali and Frazier is compelling.
