so because he gave Mora trouble, he has a better shot than the guy he lost to twice? Mora has been in there with Taylor before, and is undefeated so ima go with Mora, yet i think Manfredo has just as good as chance, just being that im not sold on Joe.

Mora showed he had heart by getting up off the canvas against Archak Termeliksatian and that guy was renown for being one of the most feared punchers in the amateurs. In fact, he put on an impressive display in stopping him. So...just because Manfredo had Mora "in trouble" that makes him the better fighter? That's laughable. Both fights were close and Mora received the nod. He's not a joke, even though you may disapprove of the way he fights.....that doesn't change reality.

I'm not saying Manfredo is better fighter just because he had Mora in trouble, I'm saying that it's a fact, yes, Mora has talent, and can put up a good fight, but he doesn't have the heart of a champion. Secondly, Mora shouldn't have won the second fight, Manfredo won that fight clean. So what if Mora is undefeated, that doesn't mean anything, Taylor will beat him so fast.

I have no clue where you're getting that "Mora doesn't have the heart of a Champion" nonsense. Where was it that he folded or quit a fight...or where he refused to get up from a knockdown? because as it stands I remember him getting off the canvas from a big shot against Termeliksatian and then rallying to stop him in the later rounds. I've also seen him get tagged with good shots and his beard is pretty solid.....it has to be considering his style. He gets hit alot and his defense may be suspect....but he can dish it out, despite his knockout percentage on "paper".

i think if mora's chin was better, he could beat taylor. he has faster hands than taylor, and if he knew to fight a smart fight - be the smaller, quicker guy and outwork taylor he could get a decision. i just don't think mora's chin will hold up to taylor's shots, he could be winning on the cards and get stopped at any time

I don't think either one of them have much of a chance, but if I had to pick one in my opinion Mora would have a better chance. Taylor has shown many weaknesses and still has failed to win impressivley. I guess he finally won a clear decision against Ouma but he was the much bigger fighter and should have honestly been able to hurt him more tha he did instead of winning a decision. I think Calzaghe is the technically to good for Manfredo,he has the experience and the will be fighting in England. I think Manfredo is gonna get destroyed honestly but this is just my opinion.

auhhh shoot... i meant to mark manfredo.
theyre both going to loose.but both will win statis from theyre loss.especially if they go 12 with the big boys. theyll earn a free pass closer to the front of the line.bigger money fights.

manfredo will pay less for his beating .i figure calzaghe is going to take him lightly and knot be in top shape probably after he hurts himself while training.so he'll get a lighter beating.

mora is going to get it. he's an adult and he knows what he's doing.
i don't feel sorry for him.
taylor is going to be able to fight a dumb fight and still walk right thru him. dont see this one getting pass the mid rounds.

Calzaghe is fast southpaw that would slap Manferdo til he get KOed in the later round.

as for Taylor he is going to beat up Mora for a UD but in reality he Taylor is going to get hurt on the way and would be bruised because he has a bad defense and keeps himself open for Mora striaght rights

Manfredo has some pop and Calzaghe's been KD'd before...

I'll choose him, though I don't think either "Contender" deserves a shot or poses a serious threat...

I think Mora is better than people give him credit for. I like the latin snake and hope he atleast does well in defeat if he loses.
