Did Collazo dissapoint the Puerto Rican Fans?

He fought hard, but mosely was in superior shape and used his experience perfectly. I did hear that collazo fractured his hand after the 3 rd round.
He threw a lot less punches than any fight in his career, something was wrong with him.
But my hats off to mosely, he is definately a class act.

I dont think he did. You could tell that Collazo was game and trained hard and was in top form, its just that he fought a better fighter plain and simple.

An athlete once said "99% of people have never given there 100% all, tried there very best, done there very best, and yet still fail"

in the second round he looked really good, but then the amount of punches he threw was very low, unlike him. he usually throws a lot more combinations.
I was told his hand was throbbing after the 3rd round, after going to the hospital they found 3 fractures along his thumb and hand.

At least he tried... I thought he was a better fighter myself but I'm not disappointed, Mosley came in with a plan and executed it well. Collazo waited a bit too long, some say he broke his left hand? I don't know, he was clearly outmatched and that's it.

I think collazo needs to spend some time training in PR to get use to that Puerto Rican young Boxer hunger. I don't think he is that hungry at least he did not look that hungry. He tried his best Mosley was just to fast.

I'm not Puerto Rican, but I don't see how you could say he was "disappointing." He tried and was out boxed by a better fighter on that night. I could one saying this type of thing if Collazo was fighting someone he was supposed to beat, but Mosley was clearly ahead of Collazo or on even terms at least heading into the fight.

The only thing that may have been disappointing was Collazo's lack of urgency in the late rounds.

I dont see what being puerto rican has to do with anything, he dissapointed himself, which is what really matters anyway, not to mention ****ty corner advice.

Does Collazo always come in at 160 at welterweight?

like already mentioned i think he was just in the ring with a overall better fighter to every degree, and if dosent help collazo was moraly convinced after that hatton fight that he was more of a developed fighter then he actually is ,well he is still young you know for a 25 year old guy let's hope it's just a good experience and he works to perfect his craft

He lost to Sugar Shane Mosely. No fan of the beaten fighter should be dissapointed if they lost to Mosely a fromer P4P fighter and Future HOF.
