The guys website doesnt even have anything on this March 3rd fight yet, and we are just 3 weeks away. Thats wrong.
I just hope we get at least 5,000 people there compared to the 2,000 that should up for the Montiel/Gonzalez fight.

ya, 5,000 sounds about right for this fight.

We are guaranteed at least one KO fight, BELIEVE ME, VIC is ready wind up and knock this Burgos out. At least we know Burgos will give him a good fight, unlike that Donaire kid who just quit.

It seems Gary Shaw has lost his interest in Boxing. I know he's involved in MMA now as well as a few law suits. Not to mention his main attraction fighters , Lacy & Corrales, both had less than spectacular years.

It really is a shame if this fight doesn't sell out. Great fighters like Darchinyan & Marquez should be with promoters who actually promote.

            exactly.

I was just saying the exact same things, it was these reasons that made both Lacy and Corrales leave GSP for bigger better promoters.

Darchinyan seems to be on the same track. I hope TOP RANK or Golden Boy can pick him up because his potential is incredible given his knock-out power and unique personality. The guy is already 30 and has limited peak years left in him, it would be veryyy sad for all boxing fans to miss out on big fights involving VIC DARCHINYAN due to bad handlers.

I spoke with his people last week, and was glad to hear that VIC has hired former manager of Kosta Tyszu. Im sure they will get things on the right track.

Has anyone heard anything about this yet?

I talked to the Home Depot Center and they new of the fight and told me to keep checking back with them, the next chick I talked to said she had no clue what the **** I was talking about.

Talk about a great fight getting poor promotion, its a shame, at this rate tickets will gone on sale Friday March 2nd.

Please let me know if anyone has some information.
