Cintron-Cotto could be a WAR! I would love to see that. If cintron is really as improved as they say he is w/ emanuel steward, that would be an awsome fight.

And williams-cotto is the best COTTO fight out there.

I just hope Cotto gets someone other than urkal. It would be gutting to have the margarito fight almost a done deal then get Cotto vs 38 year old former contender instead.

I mean, i know boxing is two men in a ring...but Urkal would have next to no chance against Cotto.

When Mosley said that he was back coming to the 147 division, he said he wanted to fight Cotto. If my memory is correct, there was an article where Shane asked to fight Cotto and Arum said that Cotto had to do his mandatory first, and then offered a fight with margarito instead. Cotto vs Mosley could be made if Arum and Oscar put their differences away from this.

This is what happens when you make specific dates to fight on half a year in advance. De La Hoya always does May and September, Cotto always does June. Stop reserving dates already.

I think they are good friends so I don't see that happening.

I just read that its a possibility, but I still say it wont happen because if Mosley loses to Cotto the Mayweather fight is pretty much out of the question. Itd be nice to see Cotto in there against Mosley though.

Yeah, don't count on Cotto-Mosley for June, though I thought it was weird that he went out of his way to mention he wanted to fight again in June (he said June then July then June again, which leads me to believe he was thinking specific dates).

The Top Rank/GBP thing isn't just going to vanish in the next couple of months so that fight can be made, although that would be awesome. After the Pac situation is handled in the courts, then maybe, just maybe they will start to THINK about working with each other on big fights. Don't bet on it.

I think Cintron is a possibility, but not the Margarito-Williams winner, it will be too soon after a grueling fight.

Dan Rafael reported Friday that an offer was out to Zab Judah for the fight, and he may pull out of the ESPN2 fight on April 27 as a result.

Evangelista Cotto confirmed in a PR newspaper today that Top Ranks wants Zan Judah for the June 9 fight, he'd have to pull out of his April fight though.
