There were also a few nice matches that never happened.Imagine Whitaker against power hitters like Rosario or Mancini. A fight against Camacho would have been interesting. Two skilled southpaws going at it.

My man Mancini would have been schooled by sweet Pea. Reminds me of the Gatti-Mayweather potential fight. Fans would love to see it, but in reality..it's one sided.

Sweet Pea was incredible. I have a great deal of respect for him as a fighter. As Jabs mentioned, the Pea v. Taylor fight would have been an all time great one. (pre Chavez of course) Poor Punchy Taylor was a mess after that fight. Never regained his form or confidence.
