One and only title belt that matters is the "RING" magazine belt. Like it or not, Hatton is the undisputed light welterweight champion of the world without the fcukin ABC, WTF, *** belts. I give mad props to white mexican boy for dropping IBF belt... more champs should follow his step and get rid of the ABC organizations.

Great news this. Glad he's taking the high road.

As for Urango, a warm-up? A chance to have Castillo and Hatton on the same bill? Who cares?

Hatton won the RING belt with the win over Tszyu, not just randomly given it like someone previously said, lol.

Hmm, can't fault him for dropping the IBF belt. Considering the IBF recently done something similar to Calzaghe, they aren't doing their reputation any favours stripping 2 undisputed division champions.

Ricky giving up this title should show everyone that he is serious about taking on the big guys in the sport.
